Does my dog have to be well behaved?
Absolutely not! I’ve worked with all levels of training, from puppies who have none, through to highly trained obedience geniuses and have produced amazing images from all of them. I have many tricks up my sleeve for getting the best out of your dog.
I can't have my dog off lead, how will that work?
The wonder of photoshop! I professionally edit the final images from your session, so if your dog has to stay on-lead that’s okay, we can work around it.
What if my dog is nervous or scared of other dogs?
That’s okay too! If they are super fearful, we can simply avoid all other dogs and stay where your beloved pooch is most happy and feels safe – their own home.
I have an aggressive dog, can I still have a session?
If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs, yes, we can still have a photo session, we would just schedule the session where your dog is away from other dogs, preferably your own home. If you have a dog that is aggressive towards people, please contact me directly and we can chat about it.
Can I be in the photos with my pet?
Please! I love capturing the unique and special connection that we share with our pets.
Where will our photo session take place?
I’ve only recently moved to Shell Cove so I’m currently building a list of locations that include beaches, parks, walks and interesting urban locales etc. We will work together to select the best location for your photo session, based on your preferences and your pet’s personality.
I have multiple pets, will that cost more?
Yes. Up to TWO pets from the same household are included in your standard photo session. For any extra

Sure thing! I love all animals.
How far do you travel?
I’m based in Shell Cove on the NSW South

Do you photograph kids and families?
While I love including the connection between pets and their guardians, photographing the entire family is outside my scope. I would, however, be more than happy to recommend some amazing family photographers for you.
What happens to my booked session if the weather is bad?
If it’s raining, forecast to storm, or it’s simply way too hot for your pet to be comfortable, we will need to reschedule the photo session. Just remember that the better the light is on the day, and the more comfortable your pet is, the more amazing your final artwork will be.
Can I purchase a gift voucher for a friend?
Unfortunately, I no longer offer Gift Vouchers.
Any outstanding Gift Vouchers within their expiry date will, of course, be honoured.
Do you offer payment plans for your photographic products?
Absolutely! To make life a little easier, we can spread your fine art photographic product purchase over weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments (with a deposit). This way you won’t miss out!

What is your refund policy?
For Sessions: If you change your mind or need to cancel your booked photo session, and provide at least 48 hours notice, you are able to receive a refund, minus your Retainer Fee.
If LESS than 48 hours is given, we can only offer a session credit. Thanks for your understanding.
For Artwork: After your Reveal and Design Consulation, where you place your order for your artwork, I offer a three day cooling off period, should you change your mind, or wish to alter your artwork order.
Please note, refunds may take up to two weeks to appear in your bank account, due to bank processing times.
